Xiangyang Li Dr. Xiang-Yang Li is a professor and executive dean at School of Computer Science and Technology at University of Science and Technology of China. He is an IEEE Fellow and an ACM Distinguished Scientist. He is currently Co-chair of ACM China, and a member of ACM publication board member. He was a professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is recipient of China National Funds for Overseas Distinguished Young Scientist (B) in 2008, and recipient of China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientist in 2016. Dr. Li received MS (2000) and PhD (2001) degree at Department of Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor degree at Department of Computer Science and a Bachelor degree at Department of Business Management from Tsinghua University, P.R. China, both in 1995. His research interests include wireless networking, mobile computing, security and privacy, cyber physical systems, data sharing and trading, and algorithms. He and his students won several best paper awards, best demo award, and best poster award. His Google scholar citation is more than 20,000 and H-Index is 72. He published a monograph "Wireless Ad Hoc and Sensor Networks: Theory and Applications". He has served as an editor of several international journals, such as ACM/ IEEE Transaction on Networking, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TMC. |

Ke Xu Dr. Ke Xu is a tenured professor, doctoral tutor, vice-dean of the Department of Computer Science and Technology of Tsinghua University, and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has won the State Technological Invention Award Second Prize, the State Technological Invention Award Second Prize, the CVIC SE Talent Award and the China Computer Federation Young Scientist Award, and a council member of Chinese Institute of Electronics and China Computer Federation. He is the vice president of SIGCOMM China and has published more than 100 papers in well-known international conferences and journals, such as ACM SIGCOMM, IEEE/ACM TON, and IEEE Communication Magazine. Hong Shen Dr. Hong Shen is a specially-appointed Professor in Sun Yat-sen University where he was the foundation Director of Institute for Advanced Computing. With main research interests in parallel and distributed computing, algorithms, data mining, privacy preserving computing, wireless and optical networks, he has led numerous research centers and projects in different countries. He has published 400+ papers including over 100 papers in major international journals such as a variety of IEEE and ACM transactions. Prof. Shen has received many honours and awards including China National Endowed Expert, Chinese Academy of Sciences ¡°Hundred Talents¡±, Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award, and Chinese Academy of Sciences Natural Sciences Award. His research area includes Network security, Data security and privacy, and Intelligent computing. Xiangjian-He Professor Xiangjian He is the Director of Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Laboratory at the Global Big Data Technologies Centre (GBDTC) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He is an IEEE Senior Member and has been an IEEE Signal Processing Society Student Committee member. He received a UTS Chancellor's Award for Research Excellence in 2018. He has also been awarded 'Internationally Registered Technology Specialist' by International Technology Institute (ITI). Anfeng Liu Anfeng Liu received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Central South University, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively, both in computer science. He is currently a professor of the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Central South University, China. His major research interests include wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things, information security, edge computing and crowdsourcing. Dr. Liu has published 4 books and over 150 international journal and conference papers, among which there are more than 30 ESI highly-cited papers. Qingshan Liu Qingshan Liu is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor and the dean of the School of Automation at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. He went to Rutger University to visit and work in April 2006, and joined Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in September 2011. Zhao Di Dr. Zhao Di received his Ph.D. in Computing from Louisiana Tech University. Zhao Di worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University and The Ohio State University. In January 2015, it was introduced by the Chinese Academy of Sciences cnic ¡°Hundred Talents Program¡± and returned to China. Dr. Zhao Di is chairing a key project of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. Dr. Zhao Di is participating in the National Key R&D Program and the Beijing Science and Technology Commission's ¡°Brain Science Research¡± special project. Dr. Zhao has good research experience in "deep learning and medical image analysis", published 32 academic journal papers and several academic conference papers, and served as editor of the AMGP magazine. Dr. Zhao Di published 1 book and translated 1 book. Dr. Zhao Di published a special report on the conference for hundreds of times. Dr. Zhao Di holds a number of academic positions. |

Shanshan Zhang Prof. Shanshan Zhang received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Tongji University, China, in 2008 and 2011 respectively. In Feb. 2015, she obtained the PhD degree in computer science from University of Bonn, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Armin B. Cremers and Prof. Christian Bauckhage. Her PhD thesis won honorable mention for GI-Dissertationspreis 2015. From Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016, she worked as a postdoc researcher with Prof. Bernt Schiele at Max Planck Institute of Informatics (MPII), Saarbruecken, Germany. She joined Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a full professor in Dec. 2016. Her research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition and deep learning. |
